Just when you thought gluten free organic brown bread couldn’t get any better. Well, now it’s got seeds. Seven kinds of seeds. In fact, this 7-seed blend is so special, we made the decision to sell it direct to you first, before anyone else.
It’s taken us two long years of testing and recipe development to get this one just right. It is the ultimate combination of nutrient-rich seeds, and hearty gluten-free brown bread. We use golden and brown linseed for the earthy, nutty flavour, sunflower seeds for that delicious crunch, and sesame seeds to ensure this bread mix is not too soft – find out more about the other organic seeds we use in this blog post. We promise there’s nothing seedy about our NEW multi seed brown bread mix, except all the wonderful seeds.
Packed full of 7 types of organic seeds, this bread is more nutrient-dense than our other mixes, leaving you feeling fuller for longer. This is especially beneficial if you plan on running a marathon, climbing a mountain, or tackling the weekly shop. Whether you prefer poached eggs on smashed avocado or your favourite fruity jam on toast, we think our new seeded organic brown bread mix is possibly the best gluten free start to the day.
Who knew that making super seeded gluten free bread could be so easy?
Let your bread maker do all the hard work for you. Just combine the ingredients before adding to the bread machine, then sit back, relax, and await your perfectly seeded wheat free loaf. If you prefer to bake your bread mix the old fashioned way by hand, just add water (or an egg if you like), a dash of oil then mix, prove, and bake. Make sure you whisk the mix for a good 5 minutes. Once it’s in the oven, don’t be tempted to take it out too soon and be sure to leave your freshly baked 7-seed organic brown bread to cool completely before eating (we know it’s hard, but gluten free bread forms its crust as it cools). If like us you always bake more than you can eat and have eyes bigger than your stomach, don’t panic, your baked bread will freeze perfectly as rolls or in a loaf so it can be enjoyed another time.
We’re proud to let you know that our NEW 7-seed bread mix is certified 100% organic by the Soil Association, accredited gluten-free by Coeliac UK and Vegan Society approved. Normally, we’d tell you about all the wonderful awards that this mix has won in this section too. But it’s brand new, so it hasn’t won anything just yet! We believe that no-one should have to settle for anything less than an exceptional gluten-free bread that tastes just as good as it should.

- Small (300g) that makes 1 lavish loaf or 6 rolls

Nobody is perfect and that’s why we just had to let you know that our lovely 7 seed bread mix comes in a kraft polyethylene bag. It’s currently not recyclable and it’s something we’re not happy about. However, for the moment, it helps maintain the freshness of the ingredients inside, which results in a long shelf life and ultimately less food waste. It’s a small compromise but we’re working towards a 100% recyclable packaging option.
